Class Details

mat class

Mat class is a 50 min musically driven, sculpting mat Pilates experience for a fun, challenging, full body workout. We incorporate ankle weights, bands and small Pilates balls to help tone and create long, lean muscles.

MATS ARE PROVIDED.

 
 

DANCE CARDIO class

45 mins of heart-pumping moves and choreography to get your body moving, boosting your metabolism, and building stamina. We break up the dancing with some toning and sculpting of the abs, arms, and legs. This calorie burning class will help strengthen your heart and lungs all the while releasing those feel good endorphins!

TRAMP CLASS

Bounce, sweat, and have fun in this 45 min cardio + sculpt workout! Using the trampoline for low impact but maximum benefits and results!

 
 

Sunday Stretch

Sunday Stretch class is the best way to prepare your body and mind for the week ahead. Improve your flexibility and circulation while stretching and toning your body. A complete balance of energy. Calm your mind and release tension in your body with this Sunday Stretch class!

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination. of power yoga and strength training to give you a full-body workout We use hand weights and yoga poses, leaving you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted.

 
 

Reformer group classes

A 50 min challenging and fun workout on the reformer in a small group setting. Our group reformer classes are for ALL levels. We offer modifications as well as progressions to level up, so everyone will find the workout that’s right for them.

Private Reformer Session

A 50min workout specifically designed for each individual! We will discuss your goals and start where YOU are to give you the most efficient and effective workout! Pilates is such a wonderful tool for alignment and posture but we will also use other equipment/styles like dance cardio, personal training and trampoline to get you looking and feeling your best!

Level 1 Reformer

This reformer group class is perfect for those who are new to Pilates (or it’s been awhile), Senior clients, or anyone looking for a slow and gentle workout. This full-body workout allows you to build strength while improving your flexibility, posture, and overall confidence on the reformer!

*Intensity Level: low-mod

Level 2 Reformer

This is a mixed-level reformer class that works the entire body. All exercises in this class are multilayers, allowing you to work at your level. This class moves at a moderate pace with kneeling and standing postures throughout.

*Intensity Level: moderate

 
 

Sculpt Reformer

This is a reformer-based class with a little extra burn! Using a variety of props like ankle weights, the small ball, and hand weights to target areas such as the glutes, abs, and arms. This full-body workout is challenging and fun!

*Intensity Level: high

Jumpboard Reformer

Get a full-body, low-impact cardio workout with our fun Jumpboard reformer class. Jumpboard will give you that quick burst of cardio, and improve your strength and coordination.

*Intensity Level: mod-high

 
 

Stretch & restorE Reformer

Unwind with this series of stretches and gentle exercises to help improve your flexibility, circulation, and spine mobility. Stretching on the reformer gives you that perfect resistance and assistance in the stretches. A great way to help relieve stress in the body and prevent injury.
